With an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Caitlin combines education, local knowledge, and genuine care to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence.

Raised in Goodhue, Minnesota, Caitlin now lives just outside of Lake City with her husband, Kolton, their two children, Ryder and Paislee, and their dogs, chickens, and goats on their acreage property. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she loves raising her children in the community she is proud to call home, where they can enjoy small-town values and strong community connections.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her spending time with loved ones, enjoying the outdoors, creating memories, and taking adventures with her family, riding motorcycle, or taking walks.
