Nancy and her family moved to Lake City in 1999 when she and her husband Tom purchased the local Dairy Queen that had been in the family for decades. After running a successful business and building strong community roots, Nancy went into real estate. Her love of the waterfront and community history made Lake City a wonderful fit. 

Nancy enjoys all aspects of Real Estate including staging homes, working with Sellers to get their property closed, and helping Buyers find properties that fit their needs. If you are a first-time home buyer, you can feel confident knowing Nancy is guiding you through the process. 

Nancy is active in the Lake City community as she is a member of the Lake City Rotary, an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, and a member of CCW at church.  When not working you can find Nancy spending time with her two children and her dog Bentley, or out socializing with her friends and colleagues.
