Erika grew up in the Lake City area and has identified a true passion for real estate. Closing over 100 transactions in the first couple years of her career, Erika quickly became the lead market expert you can count on. Erika is now a Co-Broker at Lakeshore Real Estate and she credits much of her success to one of the best influencers in the business, her dad Randy Meincke.

In addition to real estate, Erika's education and professional background include a Bachelors degree in Allied Health and management experience in the Antibody Immunology laboratory at Mayo Clinic. She also serves on the Lake City Ambulance service where she has been an EMT for nearly 13 years. Erika's work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail coupled with her selfless service to others are sure to benefit you during your next real estate transaction.

On her days off, you will likely find Erika with her husband Tyler on their hobby farm in rural Lake City where she enjoys spending time with her dog and horses. Erika also loves attending local sporting events, spending time on the river, hitting the UTV trails, and spending time with friends and family.
